Great Staff,very friendly and helpfull.A family run Farm,Inn,and Michelin rated restaurant all in one!!Having stated that it is a farm,IT IS A WORKING FARM WITH ANIMALS...GOATS,SHEEP,COWS,chickens and ducks,as well as Two Very Friendly German Shepards to accompany us on our walks.That most of the dairy ,poultry, cheese and vegetables come from here!!Fabulous room,very large,well appointed,tastefully decorated,very clean and quiet.Every detail of our stay was excellent with one notable exception,really bad coffee!!!Anywhere (and I mean anywhere!!)in Italy or France one can get GREAT COFFEE,ESPRESSO -STRONG,HOT, YUMMY!! Not here,weak ,tepid,more like tinted water than coffee....What is up?

Staff/family were friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent, a real feast, beware if you only eat a little in one sitting though as it was 7/8 courses of fabulous Italian cuisine. Location was nicely tucked away and felt rural. Close to Lake Orta and Maggiore. Great value and lots on site for a small holding. A really nice feel and pleasant atmosphere, good for families or couples.

The double bed in our room was incredibly hard and gave me back issues each morning (I'm 35 and not overweight nor impaired) but accept this can be an issue anywhere as is specific to you being. The floor only had mats at either bedside, the rest of it was a sealed hard standing which was at times quite cold underfoot - best advice is keep your socks on or take some slippers.

This is the perfect place for a holiday! Everything is perfect: the morning starts with a great breakfast, the room was light and big, very nice bathroom, wonderful swimming pool, very relaxing and many things to do if you have a car (we did a lot of hiking,went to arona, stresa and Lago d'orta) and the owners are very friendly. We only spent four nights there, but next time i would stay longer. It truly is a great place!

This is a beautifully renovated country house! The rooms are spacious and colourful,and you have a nice swimming pool where you can relax. Your breakfast will be served ,in summer,in the courtyard ,welcomed by beautiful doves and friendly stuff.Very good homemade jams ,cakes and cheeses and ham.....But the best of this place is the restaurant! The best agnolotti of our lives,and we come from the region of agnolotti! The filling was tasty and perfect,but the pastry was sublime,thin and yellow. The meal will be remembered for a long time! They also have very good wines and excellent prices.We think to go back just to go to the restaurant !

My wife and I had stayed in many B&B but this is a new level of service. Facilities are very nice. Owners are very nice and warm Food is fenomenal, will love to return any time soon
